PENGARUH TERAPI MUSIK ALFA TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI PASIEN DENGAN VENTILATOR DI INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU)

Abstract


Latar Belakang Pasien yang dirawat di ICU (Intensive Care Unit) banyak yang menggunakan ventilator mekanik. Penggunaan ventilator mekanik dapat menyebabkan nyeri pada pasien karena masuknya benda asing ke dalam mulut pasien. Managemen nyeri yang tidak akurat dapat menyebabkan perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis yang signifikan. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah menggunakan terapi musik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap nyeri pada pasien dengan ventilator. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental dengan one group design (pretest-posttest). Hasil Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan software statistik “R”, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata skor nyerisebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik (p value=0,004). Kesimpulan Terapi Musik dapat menurunkan nyeri pada pasien dengan ventilator mekanik.
