HUBUNGAN KADAR RESISTIN MATERNAL DAN FETAL PADA IBU OBESITAS DAN NORMAL TERHADAP ANTROPOMETRI BAYI BARU LAHIR

Abstract


Obesitas dan Status gizi berlebih mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin. Obesitas mengalami peningkatan lemak sehingga meningkatkan beberapa adipokin salah satunya resistin. Resistin berperan dalam menjaga homeostasis glukosa dengan menginduksi resistensi insulin, antiadipogensis dan inflamasi. Resistin ditemukan dalam tali pusar bayi sehingga resistin dapat berperan dalam pertumbuhan janin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan kadar resistin maternal antara ibu obesitas dan berat badan normal serta hubungannya dengan antropometri bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Subjek terdiri dari 20 orang ibu obesitas dan 20 orang berat badan normal. Pengambuilan sampel dilakukan dengan consecutive sampling di  RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang, RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang dan RS TK III Reksodiwiryo Padang, Indonesia. Sampel darah diukur dengan spektrofotometri. Statistik dianalisis dengan Uji Mann Whitney U-Test dan Uji Spearman. Median resistin maternal pada subjek obesitas dan berat badan normal adalah 1406(1024,31-1947,78)ng/L dan 1308,46 (740,16-1521,56) ng/L (p<0,05). Median resistin fetal pada subjek obesitas dan berat badan normal adalah 1086,47 (820,09-2205.29)ng/L dan 1077,59 (704,65-1654,76) ng/L (p>0,05). Terdapat hubungan kadar resistin maternal dengan berat badan bayi baru lahir dengan r=-0,412 (p<0,05). Terdapat hubungan kadar resistin fetal dengan berat badan bayi baru lahir dan panjang badan bayi ( r=-0,649, dan r=-0,455) (p<0,05). Kadar resistin mempengaruhi pertambahan berat badan janin pada kelompok obesitas dan berat badan normal.
